Loving this graphic by @greatist! Perfect for #NEDAwareness week. I think this week is really important, not just to inform people of the dangers of eating disordered habits (and frames of mind) and to help remove the stereotypes and stigmas that people use to dismiss the disorder, but also to remind us all how important it is to love yourself! Speak kindly of your body, because it does amazing things for you. It’s easy to forget how good we have it, living in the incredible machines that let is explore and hug and laugh! Plus it’s amazing what having a good attitude about your body and the world around you can do for your life. So do yourself a favor and start a revolution: love your body!
